Recruitment & Visa Procedures

In essence, Karimi Contracting's proven recruiting procedures are as follows :

* Job applications are maintained with complete details, stating essential personal data, work experience etc of every artisan.

* The applicant passes through police clearance and his family and social background are checked before he qualifies for an overseas job.

* The applicant then goes through a screening process at the time of interview to check his aptitude for a particular job. Tests are given to test the applicant's suitability before he is  selected for foreign service. Karimi Contracting maintains its own Trade & Training Institute which is fully equipped with all requisite facilities.

* Any applicant failing to qualify for a certain position or job for which he has applied is informed of his shortcomings or lack of skill or other drawback. He is then given a further opportunity to attend training programs with Karimi Contracting Institute to help qualify himself for another position.

The procedure of recruitment is simple and starts with preparation of recruitment documents in our favor as follows:

Karimi Contracting needs the following documentations from your ends for our recruitment procedure :
A - Visa Slip (Original)
B - Letter to the Embassy/Consulate (Specimen B)
C - Power of Attorney (Specimen C)
D - Demand Letter (Specimen D)
E - Copy of C.R. & Identity Card.

Note :
Number B,C and D should be attested by the Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Pakistan Embassy in Employers Country.

STEP ONE (DOCUMENT SUBMISSION)

  • Candidates should submit the set of their relevant and important documents to the nearest branch offce at the earliest after our advertised has been viewed.
  • If documents are INCOMPLETE, Karimi Contracting would ask them to fulfill the required documents.
  • Candidates should make sure leaves their WORKING Contact details in order us to contact them as appropriate.
  • If the candidates are FRESH, they will be asked to get some training regarding their applied post.

STEP TWO (SELECTION)

  • Candidates are contacted for a brief interview appointment that is conducted by our In-House Engineer.
  • Selected candidates from this brief interview are short-listed.

STEP THREE (MEDICAL)

  • Candidates are asked to go for a medical test.

STEP FOUR (VISA & TICKET)

  • Visas are applied and obtain for the required candidates by our clients.
  • Legal documents for the visa selected candidates are proceed by Karimi Contracting in order to follow up the Governments Emigrant Laws
  • Candidates are given orientation about the TERMS & CONDITIONS of the clients and are provided with their relevant Travelling Tickets.
